I will create a Museum of Business where we will exhibit schemes to make money. This venue will allow businessmen to have their ideas known without affecting investors adversly. Concepts like junk bonds can be appreciated for their cleverness instead of being tested on the unsuspecting public. People who create questionable business plans will be treated like artists. They will be given an exhibition once in a while, and get reviews and pats on the back instead of bankrupting their fellow citizens and risk being sent to prison.
